We have a highly capable group of employees who look after the portfolios of our clients, and have been doing so for many years. Because we have the electronic means at our disposal to enhance the value of our services, it does not mean that you have to listen to a recording when you contact us, or only have the use of electronic means of communication. We pride ourselves on the fact that you will always be able to contact us via the traditional means and hear a friendly voice on the other side of the telephone.

I am the managing director of Hypasurance Insurance Consultants (Pty) Ltd, and have been involved in the financial services industry since 1969. I started my career at Legal & General Insurance Co Ltd in Johannesburg as a salesman and for the next 11 years marketed Life, Investment and Short Term products. I then took the management route and took over control of Johannesburg City Branch of Legal & General in 1980. A year later I decided to go into Insurance Broking and moved my office from Johannesburg to Fairland.
Besides providing my services as Systems Analyst, responsible for the design and maintenance of the computer systems of Maritime & General Insurance Co Ltd and Aegis Insurance Company Limited from 1985 to 1990, my activities still continued in the financial services industry.
In 1994 I set up a franchise operation with Liberty Life, which I continued to operate for the next 4 years. I then decided to re-enter the broking market and set into motion the merger between Marble Arch Financial Consultants, Force5 Insurance Brokers and Hypasurance Insurance Consultants.
I have a Certificate in Estate Planning and Administration of Estates from UNISA, (Cert.Estax) and a Certificate in Advanced Strategic Tax Planning from UNISA, (Cert.Strtax), which is the equivalent of a B.Com Tax.
